Welsh football fans will be able to watch the Welsh Cup Round Three draw live on terrestrial television, with a change to the broadcast arrangements for the next stage of the competition.
The draw, alongside the Bute Energy Welsh Cup Round One draw, will take place on Monday, October 19, during S4C’s Heno programme, which begins at 7pm.
It marks a change from the previous rounds, when fans had to watch the draw on Cymru Football TV and log in to access the coverage.
The half-hour Heno programme will feature the draws at some point during the broadcast, with former Bangor City midfielder Owain Tudur Jones among the presenters alongside Alun Williams, who has previously covered Welsh football.

There is also plenty of potential for another cup upset. Blaenymaes, the lowest-ranked team remaining in the competition, play in the fifth tier of Welsh football and booked their place in Round Three by beating fourth-tier Ely Rangers 5-2.
Coedpoeth United, Llangennech, Mochdre Sports, Pontarddulais Town and Rockspur are also among the fourth-tier sides still involved.
Holders Caernarfon Town remain in the competition after beating Flint Town United 3-1 away from home in a repeat of last season’s final.
When will the Welsh Cup Round Three matches take place?
The third round of the Welsh Cup is scheduled to take place between November 13 and 15, 2026.
The fixtures fall during the next round of UEFA Nations League matches, with Wales due to face Norway away on November 14 before hosting Portugal on November 17.
With Cardiff City, Swansea City and Wrexham not scheduled to play during that weekend, there could be an opportunity for Welsh Cup clubs to attract larger crowds.

What happened in the second round of the Welsh Cup?
The second round of the JD Welsh Cup delivered remarkable comebacks, late winners and penalty shootout drama, alongside convincing victories and lower-league sides upsetting the odds.
Most entertaining games
The standout tie came at the LHP Stadium, where Newport City came from 4-1 down to beat Carmarthen Town 5-4. Carmarthen appeared to be cruising after 68 minutes, but Sam Johnson scored three times in nine minutes to level the contest before completing the turnaround with a 92nd-minute winner.
There was late drama at The Globe, too, as Colwyn Bay drew 2-2 with Buckley Town before winning 4-3 on penalties. After Jack Kenny gave Bay the lead, Connor Littler and Dylan Proctor turned the game around for Buckley. Goalkeeper Mark Halstead then went forward in the 94th minute to score the equaliser before saving Aled Bellis’ penalty in the shootout.
Coedpoeth United beat Guilsfield 9-8 on penalties after an entertaining 3-3 draw, with the hosts recovering from late goals by Jake Cook and Jake O’Donnell to force the shootout. Both teams converted their first eight kicks before Luke Peters scored for Coedpoeth and Jack Jones missed for Guilsfield.
Holywell Town also needed penalties to progress, drawing 3-3 with Llay Welfare before winning the shootout 5-4. Fabrizio Murtas looked to have settled the tie for Holywell, but Jonathan Collo completed his hat-trick late on. Alex Swindell then saved Josh Phillips’ penalty, allowing Owen Davies to score the decisive kick.
Biggest winners
Newtown recorded the biggest victory of the round, beating Llanuwchllyn 7-0, with Jamie Hyne scoring a hat-trick. Sean Griffiths, Gareth Evans, Ollie Sharp and Hanoch Boakye also found the net.
Caerau Ely were also in ruthless form, thrashing Llanelli Town 6-0 on Friday night. Tom McLean scored from the penalty spot, while Tim Parker hit a hat-trick, with Josh Graham and George Sheppard adding further goals. The defeat proved to be Terry Boyle’s final match in charge of Llanelli, with the manager resigning on Sunday.
Briton Ferry Llansawel enjoyed a 5-0 derby win over Afan United. Joe Lloyd and Corey Hurford scored before Luke Bowen completed a 16-minute hat-trick in the second half. The match drew 1,158 spectators, the highest attendance of the round.
Biggest upsets
Fifth-tier Blaenymaes defeated fourth-tier Ely Rangers 5-2 after racing into a three-goal lead inside 15 minutes. Brandon Slade and Nicky Price extended their advantage after Ollie Price had pulled one back, while Richard Greaves scored late on for Ely before missing a subsequent penalty.
Llangennech also advanced against higher-ranked opposition, drawing 1-1 with Pontardawe Town before winning 4-2 on penalties. Ryan Owens opened the scoring, with Liam Samuel equalising almost immediately.
Rockspur claimed a 4-3 away victory over Evans & Williams, building a 3-0 half-time lead through Sam Lewis, who scored twice, and Calem Rees. Evans & Williams fought back through Kieran Burder and Steffan Vincent, but Dan Williams restored Rockspur’s advantage in the 83rd minute. Vincent scored again late on, but the visitors held on.
Pontarddulais Town completed another lower-league success by beating Goytre United 3-1. Iestyn Rees opened the scoring before Keane Watts equalised, but Lewis Rocke quickly restored the hosts’ lead. Seventeen-year-old substitute Elis Thomas then sealed the win.
Holders Caernarfon Town avoided a scare against Flint Town United, coming from behind to win 3-1 away from home. Tunde Owolabi put Flint ahead, but Harry Charsley levelled two minutes later. Zack Clarke then gave Caernarfon the lead before Sion Bradley converted a penalty to confirm their progress.
The New Saints left it late to defeat Airbus UK Broughton 2-1 on Friday night. Danny Davies volleyed the visitors ahead before Jordan Evans equalised with a free-kick after the break. Substitute Dan Williams struck a deflected winner in the 88th minute.
Fifth-tier FC Cwmaman pushed Ammanford hard before losing 4-2. Callum Shirt gave Ammanford a half-time lead, but Adam Karakus equalised after the interval. Joe Hopkins and Joe Case put the visitors back in front, and although Karakus scored again, Jonathan Evans secured the win in stoppage time.
