Ryan Griffiths who was playing in the same league as Goytre United last season has remained in Division One.
Goytre United have signed three players ahead of the coming ampaign, with one being an experienced midfielder from the Welsh Premier League.
They have made a sound signing in Ryan Griffiths, who departed Briton Ferry Llansawel ,after their relegation, to join the club. They have also added Steve Berry, formerly of Llanelli Town, and experienced Welsh Premier League midfielder Dylan Blain who has played for Llanelli, Port Talbot, Newtown and Haverfordwest in the Welsh Premier League.
Blain who is a lecturer at the University of South Wales will add some star power to this Goytre United side, who will be looking to make the most of Dylan’s experience as they look to kick on from last season.
Steve Berry is a former youth academy product at Swansea City, showing he is capable of playing for one of Wales’ leading sides. Having played his trade at Llanelli for a number of years, he is a solid signing that will add much needed steel at the back for the club.
They will hope these signings will help them consolidate their status as a Division One club next season.
