TNS playmaker Robbie Parry has departed the Champions as he joins Llandudno for the remainder of the season on-loan.
Parry is the second Saint to depart the club in a week as club stalwart and FAW Clubman of the year Phil Baker made the move last week to Mid Wales outfit Aberystwyth Town.
Parry gave his opinion on the move to the Llandudno website as he spoke of his delight of joining the side he lived so close by growing up.
“I’m delighted to come to Llandudno on loan as it’s my local club, I’ve had the chance to go to a number of clubs but as soon as I knew Llandudno came in for me there was only one place I was going to go. I know the lads here well and I’m looking forward to getting back playing.”
Speaking to the official TNS website, manager Craig Harrison gave a parting message to Parry as he chases some vital playing time.
“Robbie started the season in excellent form in terms of both goals and assists. Unfortunately though, he picked up a nasty toe injury and needed surgery.
Meanwhile, team mates in Robbie’s positions have been excellent, which has makes it hard to get back in the team.
So Robbie will be going out to get match-fit and ready to come back to challenge for the starting 11.”
Parry could make his debut for his new club Llandudno against Rhyl, as Llandudno look to fight for a European play-off spot.
