Llandudno have signed former Bangor City assistant manager Gary Taylor-Fletcher.
Iwan Williams’ side are currently second from bottom but will be boosted by the arrival of the former Blackpool winger.
The club signed a host of new players in the summer, which signalled Williams’ attempt to try and revolutionise the Llandudno squad that missed out on the top six last term.
However, despite a sense of optimism going into the new season, the club have struggled to string together a positive set of results to date.
The club have registered just two wins, however the most worrying aspect will be the clear lack of goals in the Llandudno squad; with the club having registered a league-low eight goals in 13 league matches.
But, the club have now signed the former Huddersfield Town player to help them kick on for the rest of the season.
Taylor-Fletcher said to llandudnofc.co.uk: “I’ve been speaking to a few clubs over the last few weeks, but it would have taken too long with the international clearance to come through over in England.
I got a call from Iwan asking if I’d be interested in coming in to help out the squad with my experience.”
Taylor-Fletcher played an instrumental role with Bangor City last season, alongside their former manager Kevin Nicholson, but the duo left the club after they failed to secure the domestic license at the end of last season.
The pair have been linked with both the Gloucester and Hereford FC jobs, but now Taylor-Fletcher has opted to link up with the Seasiders.
He scored nine times for Bangor City during his time at the club, and Williams will be hoping his experience and goals can help Tudno to climb the table; away from the bottom two.
The club have also announced that Alfons Fosu-Mensah has left the club.
