Connah’s Quay and The New Saints found out their Round Three Scottish Challenge Cup opponents after today’s game.
Cymru Premier champions New Saints face a trip to Stenhousemuir whilst Connah’s Quay will face Cove Rangers.
Both sides play in the fourth tier of Scottish football. Cove Rangers were promoted from the Highland Leagues, whilst Stenhousemuir were relegated from League One via the relegation play-offs.
The fixtures are set to take place on the weekend of Saturday, September 7th,
This season will be the last time the Cymru Premier runners-up will feature in the Scottish Challenge Cup.
Changes this summer will see the winner of the Nathaniel MG Cup, earn qualification to the competition.
Second-placed Connah’s Quay reached the final last season, losing 3-1 to Ross County, who later went on to win the Scottish Championship.
Exiled club Wrexham drew a home tie against Ayr United.
