STM Sports host Undy Athletic at the Llanrumney 3G in the first midweek Cymru South match of the season.
Both teams won on the opening day of the season but tasted defeat last weekend to Llantwit Major and Cambrian & Clydach respectively.
The Mellons are unbeaten at home this season, having beaten Cwmbran Celtic in the Nathaniel MG Cup and Cwmamman United in the Cymru South.
