Champions Swansea City face an away game at Cardiff City in the opening 2020-21 Welsh Premier Women’s League fixtures.
Cascade Ladies, who won promotion from the Welsh Women’s League last season, start away to Abergavenny Town while Cardiff Metropolitan begin with an away game against Cyncoed.
As a result of a nine-team league, Briton Ferry Llansawel will have a free weekend.
The first round of matches will take place on Sunday, 27 September.
Swansea were declared winners at the end of a truncated 2019-20 season, which was curtailed in May because of the coronavirus pandemic.
Cascade will appear in the WPWL for the first time after winning the WWL title last season.
Games will take place behind closed doors until it is safe for supporters to return.
In the absence of fans, S4C will broadcast Swansea’s opening day fixture with Cardiff City with a later kick-off of 4 pm.
Dylan Ebeneezer, Nicky John and Gwennan Harries will all be in attendance to bring live coverage of a WPWL match for the first time.
