He would play for Milwaukee Panthers in the United States, Ventura County Fusion, and then Tulsa Roughnecks.
Stints would the come at Hyde United, before joining Macclesfield Town in between a short spell at Swedish outfit Karlsund.
He would rejoin Karlsund in 2017 and would make 52 appearances, scoring 11 goals in a year-long spell. He moved to BK Forward in 2019 and then ended up at his most recent club Örebro Syrianska, who play at the third level of Swedish football.
“I’m very happy to have signed for Caernarfon Town,” tweeted Bell.
“After a few years playing abroad, it’s nice to be back. Looking forward to finishing the season strong.”
