Trundle shows he still has magic daps as he bags three minute hat-trick for Reds
Lee Trundle scored a three minute hat-trick for Llanelli Town against Abergavenny to guide the Reds to another victory.
With the game tied at 2-2 heading into the closing stages, Trundle took the game by the scruff of the neck with an injury time hat-trick.
After Jordan Follows and Chris Thomas had notched up the club’s first two goals to keep the game level, Trundle rolled back the years as he smashed a 35 yard free kick into the top corner to give the Reds a late lead.
He didn’t stop there though as he bagged a second just a minute later to double their lead, and just a minute later he completed his rapid hat-trick as he chipped the keeper to secure the three points for Andy Hill’s men.
Trundle’s hat-trick showed he still has his magic touch as he has racked up nine goals in his last four games. The fans will be hoping he can continue his great form as the club have made a flying start to the season.
