Gareth Kedward of Trethomas Bluebirds has won the Manager of the Month in the Welsh Football League awards for December.
Trethomas who are enjoying their time in the Welsh League Division Three following their promotion from the Gwent County League last year currently sit top of the division and are currently on course for a second consecutive promotion.
The Bluebirds won their division last year with an 11 point gap over their closest rivals and an impressive goal difference of +49. They have continued their form from last season into this season with the manager and the club being individually recognised by winning the award.

The Manager of the Month curse struck Trethomas though as they lost 3-1 to Chepstow Town but recovered from the defeat to beat Ynysygerwn. Trethomas’ next fixture is tonight against Treowen Stars at Bridge Field.
