Cardiff Metropolitan host Aberystwyth Town at Cyncoed Campus this Sunday afternoon, as they aim to get back into the top six.
The Archers are eleven points worse off than they were at the stage last season and currently sit in eighth.
Aberystwyth are sixth, trailing fifth placed Newtown by four points and are currently ahead of seventh-placed Caernarfon Town by a point.
The last time these two met competitively was in the JD Welsh Cup. Aberystwyth won by a narrow margin and eventually went on to reach the final.
