In one of the closest Derbies in Welsh football, Port Talbot will make the five minute journey across Port Talbot to take on their main rivals.
Afan Lido had the bragging rights earlier in the season as a Sacha Walters gave the Redmen their first Derby win in the league for over six years.
Lido sit in third and are chasing a second placed finish whilst Port Talbot Town sit in 11th as they try to confirm their place in the FAW Championship after hovering above the relegation zone.
