FIFA 20: Former Welsh domestic player ratings revealed

The JD Cymru Premier may not be on FIFA 20, but a number of its former players are. 

A handful of players have earned moves to professional leagues, which feature on the EA Sports franchise.

FIFA 20 is currently in Beta mode, so ratings are subject to change, however, wholesale changes are not expected.

We’ve taken a look at the League’s former players who you will be able to play within the latest edition of the game.

Adam Roscrow – 60

The former Cardiff Metropolitan forward moved to League One outfit AFC Wimbledon this summer.

He has been given a rating of 60, which sees him as one of the highest-rated former Cymru Premier players on the game.

Roscrow has yet to make a competitive appearance for The Dons.

Momodou Touray – 52

The Newport County striker had an impressive loan spell with Barry Town United last season, forming a strong partnership with Kayne McLaggon as the Linnets finished third in the then-Welsh Premier League.

He joined Torquay on a one-month loan but has made just one appearance. The Vanarama National League isn’t on the game, but given a likely return to Newport, he could be on the game, when released.

Connell Rawlinson – 63

Former Saints defender Rawlinson, left Port Vale after one year and has joined Notts County in the National League. 

Despite being on the BETA version of FIFA 20, Rawlinson will not appear on the full game, due to Notts County’s non-league status.

Christian Doidge – 65

ormer Barry Town and Caernarfon Town striker signed a three year contract with Scottish Premiership side Hibernian in June after three years at Forrest Green Rovers.

Adebayo Akinfenwa – 66

A former Barry Town United player, Akinfenwa signed a new contract with Wycombe Wanderers in June of this year. The fan favourite is showing no signs of slowing down and is continuing his physical dominance in League One. 

Ryan Hedges – 63

A former Flint Town United youth player with 3 international caps to his name secured a summer move to the Scottish Premiership with Aberdeen.  He started off well with a late goal in his first appearance, securing a 3-2 victory against Hearts.

Rhys Healey – 62

The former Nomads forward sealed a permanent move to MK Dons from Cardiff City after a successful loan spell last year.

He made a handful of appearances for Cardiff City in the Premier League, following a return to South Wales in January.

His rating remains the same. 

Macauley Southam-Hales – 54

Southam-Hales joined Fleetwood Town in January of 2019 after 41 appearances for Barry Town United over two seasons. 

Louis Gray – 55 

Formerly of Rhyl, Cefn Druids, and Colwyn, Gray is now playing for Carlisle United in League Two.

His rating remains the same.

Dion Donohue – 63

The former Everton youth player started his career in the lower leagues of Welsh football with Porthmadog, Holyhead Hotspur before playing for Caernarfon Town in the WPL. Now at Mansfield Town after a two-year spell at Portsmouth.

Michael Flynn – 58

His last appearance for County came on the 28th January 2017, whilst registered as a first-team coach.

Despite being manager, Flynn has been named as an unused substitute at times for Newport.

Sam Finley – 58

The former Saints midfielder is now at League One side Accrington Stanley.

The release date of the game is 27 September 2019.
