Cardiff City have loaned out youngsters Ryan Reynolds and Sion Spence.
Penybont have swooped for Cardiff City midfielder Ryan Reynolds, whilst Barry Town United have loaned Sion Spence.
Reynolds, 18, joins the Cymru Premier side on a loan.
He’s the third Cardiff City player to join Rhys Griffiths’ side this summer, following the arrivals of Dan Griffiths and Keenan Patten.
Reynolds played in Cardiffs 4-1 victory over Penybont in pre-season.
Sion Spence, who was born in Barry, joins his hometown team in his first chance of senior football.
Spence, 18, scored 11 goals in 15 appearances for the young Bluebirds in their PDL2 South win at Under-18 level.
The youngster scored 21 times to win the Academy Player of the Year award.
He boasts eight caps at Wales Under-19 feel, scoring twice.
“Sion is someone I’ve worked with at international level and is a footballer that our supporters will enjoy watching,” said Barry manager Gavin Chesterfield.
“He’s rated highly at Cardiff City and it is hoped that this loan will stimulate his development further.
“Naturally I’m looking forward to working with Sion again and we thank Cardiff City for their trust.”
