Scott Ruscoe – currently the manager of The New Saints – is the fifth favourite for the job at odds of 7/1 with Paddy Power.

Craig Harrison – who works with favourite Andy Morrison at Connah’s Quay as the first-team coach is the sixth favourite at 12/1. Harrison previously managed Hartlepool United in the Vanarama National League.

Former Wales defender Danny Gabbidon is at 25/1. Gabbidon briefly coached Cardiff City alongside Scott Young in a caretaker role.

Robbie Savage is the furthest out in the betting odds. The ex Derby County midfielder hasn’t managed at senior level before.
