Tom McCready’s extra-time strike separated the two sides after a goalless ninety minutes.
The Seasiders were making their first Welsh Cup appearance in 27 years after returning to the Welsh pyramid this season.
McCready’s 96th-minute effort extended Airbus’ straight losing run to six defeats.
