“Words cannot really describe the rollercoaster of emotions I’ve shared with this special group of players and the objectives we’ve managed to overcome,” Mudimu wrote.

“I want to thank Huw Griffiths and his technical team for always working with me tirelessly to ensure I improved.

“I also thank Des Williams for making sure everything was always right and working hard to make the best of my time at the Cefn Druids.

“I’ve loved every moment of playing for the club and wish for more successful times to come in the near and distant future at the club.”

In total, the former Stalybridge Celtic midfielder made 66 appearences in the Cymru Premier, scoring 12 goals.

“It’s been an honour to have been part of a group of players to make history to play in Europe,” the former Sheffield Wednesday youngster added.

“Thank you to all the fans that supported. It’s been an amazing journey and I’m truly honoured to have been a part of it all, thank you.”

Mudimu will link up with his new side in January and could feature in UEFA Champions League qualifying next summer.
