Caersws: Chris Davies joins management staff

Mid Wales League side Caersws have added Chris Davies to their management staff.

Davies joins the Bluebirds as joint first-team manager, working alongside current boss Mark Griffiths.

He is back in management following a spell out of the game after leaving Carno in October.

A statement on their social media feeds said: “We are happy to announce Chris Davies as joint first team manager.

“As a club we are thrilled to have secured the services of such a well respected and popular figure within Mid Wales football. 

“Mark and Chris are both enthusiastic managers that will compliment each other to hopefully bring many years of success to the club.” 

Commenting on his appointment, Davies said: “I’m happy to be joining the club and I’m looking forward to working alongside Mark to hopefully bring some success to the club.

“I’ve had a break from football for nine months and I’m now keen to get going, when it’s safe to do so, and I know the club has everything in place to be successful.”
