Nathaniel Jarvis: Former Cardiff City forward joins Barry Town United
Barry Town United have announced the signing of forward Nathaniel Jarvis.
The former Cardiff City forward joins the Cymru Premier club on a two-year deal.
He moves from Vanarama National League outfit Chippenham Town, where he spent two years.
“This move has been a long time coming, but the timing feels right for both parties now,” said Gavin Chesterfield after securing a long-term target of his.
“Nat is a striker who is different to what we already have at the club and is an exceptional character to have in the dressing room.
“I know Nat is excited to join the club and is looking forward to a fresh challenge in the JD Cymru Premier.”
Jarvis scored two goals for Cardiff City’s senior team after penning a professional deal in 2011.
The 28-year-old scored 29 goals in the National League South over the past two seasons.
He had spells at Forest Green Rovers, Kidderminster Harriers, Bath City, Brackley Town and Newport County before moving to Chippenham in 2018.
