Neal Colakoglu has become the chairman of newly-promoted Holywell Town.
He replaces Sean Elliot, who stood down from the post and took the role as Licensing Officer.
Colakoglu held the same role at Prestatyn Town but departed the Denbighshire club earlier this month after the club were taken over by Merseyside businessman Jamie Welsh.
“I am excited about the opportunity to work with the existing management team to take this club forward,” said Colakoglu.
“The club is already in a healthy state and I am sure we can bring success to the club both on and off the pitch in the coming seasons.
“Having gained promotion, we will now work to develop the playing staff with Johnny for the start of next season to stabilize the club in the JD Cymru North.
“I look forward to being welcomed to Halkyn Road in the forthcoming season by all connected with the club and we can enjoy the clubs future together.”
Holywell Town were promoted to the Cymru North earlier this week after the FAW opted to implement promotion and relegation, with the Wellmen finishing top of the Wrexham League on a points-per-game basis.
