Haverfordwest County have further added to their squad with the arrival of Llanelli Town forward James Loveridge.

Loveridge is the fifth signing made by the Bluebirds in the space of the week.

He joins Alaric Jones, Cameron Keetch, Cory Shephard and goalkeeper Wojciech Gajda, who all made their moves to the Bridge Meadow in a frantic week.

The 26-year-old has spent the last four seasons with Llanelli Town after joining from Port Talbot, where he won the Division One and Division Two title.

In his last spell in the Cymru Premier, Loveridge scored nine goals in 28 appearances for the Reds.

Last season, Loveridge scored two goals in the JD Cymru South for the Reds.

In a short statement by Haverfordwest, the Bluebirds said: “We are delighted to have agreed terms to sign pacy striker James Loveridge.

“We’re excited to have James on board for the 2020/2021 Cymru Premier campaign.”

His other experience outside of Welsh football included being an academy product of Swansea City.

During his time at Swansea, he was sent out on loan to MK Dons and Newport County, where he gained vital first-team experience in the professional game.
