Listed slightly lower on down in the betting odds is former Bangor City manager Kevin Nicholson, who has been placed at 25/1.

Nicholson’s breakthrough season as a manager saw him lead Bangor City to their highest placed finish since their 2010/11 success.

Prior to joining the Citizens, Nicholson was U23s manager for Cardiff City where he worked with a number of current Cymru Premier players.

The front runner for the role is Blackpool’s assistant manager David Dunn, who has been given odds as the 1/8 favourite.
