Cardiff Met utility man Dan Spencer moves on to Bristol Manor Farm

Bristol Manor Farm have signed Cardiff Metropolitan forward Dan Spencer.
Spencer, 27, moves on from Cyncoed Campus after four seasons of Cymru Premier experience.
He is making the move to the Southern League Division One South, the eighth tier of English football.
Bristol Manor Farm have previously had players such as Jamie Bird, who have also played in the Welsh system.
In his four years in South Wales, he made 60 appearances in the Welsh top flight, scoring twice.
The Archers have already lost Joel Edwards, Mael Davies, Tim Parker and Will Evans this summer.
Daniel Evans, Dion Phillips and Owen Taylor have also been allowed to leave the club.
