Barry Town United are to face an away tie against NSÍ Runavík in the preliminary round of the UEFA Europa League.
It is due to be played behind-closed-doors and will be played at Svangaskarð on Thursday, 20 August with a kick-off time of 18:00.
The tie will see the Linnets play Faroese opposition for the first time in their history.
It is the third time however for Runavík that they will come up against British opposition after previously playing against Fulham and Hibernian.
In their 63 year history, Runavík have won just two fixtures and have never progressed past the first qualifying round they’ve entered.
The Faroese Premier League was the first top flight European division to resume after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Spectators had been permitted to grounds but due to a rise in cases, games are now being played without fans once more.
