Wales Under-21 midfielder Connor Lemonheigh-Evans rejoins Torquay United
Wales Under-21 international Connor Lemonheigh-Evans has signed with Torquay United.
The 23-year-old returns to National League outfit after making 23 appearances for the Gulls last season.
Lemonheigh-Evans has had three separate loan spells with Torquay but has now joined them on a permanent basis following his release from Bristol City.
“I’m glad to be back,” said Lemonheigh-Evans to TorquayUnited.com after making the return to Plainmoor.
“I know the club well, I know the place well, and have worked with the Gaffer for the last two years, so it was a no-brainer really to come back and play football in as many games as I can.
“I’m looking forward to getting back in, seeing the boys again and cracking on!”

Commenting on his latest addition, manager Gary Johnson said: “The worst-kept secret has now been revealed, and I’m delighted to confirm that Connor Lemonheigh-Evans is now a Torquay United player.
“It’s a fantastic signing for our club. Connor has committed himself to the area, and I look forward to once again working with him for the coming season.
“He was unlucky last season with a couple of bad tackles that led to lengthy injuries, but he’s 100% now, and Connor at 100% is a real asset to us.”
