The two sides will compete in the 11-team league next season, which acts as a feeder league to the Welsh Premier Women’s League.
It was confirmed by the Welsh Women’s League on their Twitter page on Thursday.
“Welcome and congratulations on your promotions Cwmbrân Celtic and Swansea University,” said a tweet from the Welsh Women’s League account.

Swansea University meanwhile won the West Wales Women’s League.
With the joy and esctacy of promotion, it’s the dreaded feeling of relegation for Splott Albion.
