Hermon Yohannes and Lamin Conteh are the latest to join Ardal Leagues outfit Goytre.

The pair join from the 2019/20 Nathaniel MG Cup finalists STM Sports.

Yohannes is a defender, predominantly a right-back whilst Conteh is an attacking player who can operate on the wing or up front.

Commenting on their new additions, Goytre said: “Lamin joins our new look squad going into the new season.

“He is a proven forward player who can score goals, create and go by people at ease with his skill and pace.

“We’re excited to see him in a Goytre shirt doing all of the above.

“Welcome to Goytre Hermon Yohanes!

‘Hermon like Lamin formerly of STM Sports last couple of seasons is a right-sided full-back, with pace, energy and a quality one on one defender.

“We look forward to seeing Hermon perform this season.”

The pair add to the strong Mellons contingent already at Plough Road.

Chris Hajgato, Joseph Evans and Tom Burridge were earlier signings in the transfer window.

As well as signing Conteh and Yohannes, the Gwent club have also signed Louis Feeley from Cwmbran Celtic and Warren Archer, a former captain of Cinderford Town.
