Cymru Premier 2020/2021: Betting Odds
The New Saints have been tipped to win the 2020/2021 Cymru Premier at odds of 2/5 with Bet365.
This is, of course, despite the New Saints missing out on the title during the 2019/2020 season, after it was curtailed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It was the first time since the 2010/2011 campaign that The New Saints have failed to win the Welsh top-flight. During that season, they finished runners-up to Bangor City.
Connah’s Quay Nomads, who won the division last season courtesy of the average points per game method, are second favourites at odds of 9/2.
Newcomers Flint Town United are 150/1 to win the league, whereas the bookmakers are forecasting that both Haverfordwest County and Penybont will be relegated at the end of the season. Both teams are 500/1 to win the title.
Bala Town, who recently knocked Maltese outfit Valletta out of the Uefa Europa League in the first qualification phase of the competition are third favourites at 13/2.
Barry Town United, who lost 5-1 in the preliminary round of the Uefa Europa League to NSI Runavik are 14/1 to win the league.
Bet365 are also predicting both Caernarfon and Newtown to make up the rest of the European spots in the Welsh top-flight.
