CPD Y Rhyl 1879 host Cymru North outfit Ruthin Town in a behind-closed-doors friendly.
With restrictions still imposed on Welsh domestic football, the friendly will be played without supporters.
Both sides will also be limited to just a number of substitutions to comply with the thirty person ruling set by the Welsh Government.
Last week, the Lilywhites lost 1-0 to St Asaph City in the first ever match after creating a phoenix club following the demise of Rhyl.
Ruthin Town are managed by Phil Hudson and Tommy Holmes, they have moved to the second tier after previously managing Brymbo.
