Adam Davies and Harri Rowe announce departures from Aberystwyth

Adam Davies and Harri Rowe have announced that they are to depart Aberystwyth Town to seek pastures new.

Rowe, who made six appearances this season, had not played for the club since the middle of October.

The midfielder returned to Park Avenue after helping Haverfordwest County to promotion in the 2019/20 season.

Confirming his departure on Twitter, Rowe said: “I’m grateful for the opportunity to have played six Cymru Premier games for Aberystwyth Town but I have decided it’s time for me to move on to the next challenge, wherever that may be.

“I wish the boys all the best for the rest of the season.”

Also revealing he was leaving on Twitter, forward Davies said: “All the best to the Aberystwyth Town lads for the rest of the season. Unfortunately, it’s time to move on. I’m ready for whatever’s next.”

The 24-year-old made seven appearances for Aber but most were as a substitute, starting just once.
