The Cymru Leagues have today drawn the sides who will host more home matches than away games in the 2020/21 season.

Clubs were drawn at random to have one more home game than some teams in their division and now know how to plan accordingly for the campaign ahead.

The season is due to begin on the weekend of the 15th/16th January with all fixtures being behind-closed-doors.

Last season’s Cymru North winners Prestatyn Town begin by hosting Holywell Town at Bastion Gardens.

Cymru South winners Swansea Universiy, who were denied the Tier One Certificate begin their title defence at Cwmbran Celtic.

Both divisions playing a condensed 15-match season, following a late start, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Fixtures have been sent to clubs ahead of the league’s possible start in January following Sports Wales’ decision to grant them elite status.

A majority of Tier Two teams played their first competitive match in over nine months after playing in the Nathaniel MG Cup over the weekend.

The opening day fixtures for both the Cymru North and South:

Cymru North
