Aberystwyth Town add midfielder Harry Franklin

Aberystwyth Town have announced the signing of midfielder Harry Franklin from Evesham United of the Southern League.

Franklin, 21, started out at National League North outfit Hereford United and had a spell on loan at Merthyr Town.

The central-midfielder also has experience of playing for Redditch United prior to joining Evesham.

Franklin has 13 appearances this season, scoring three times.

Commenting on the arrival of the young midfielder, assistant manager Antonio Corbisiero said, “Harry is a very exciting talent who can play a number of positions, predominantly in midfield.

“He’s a great athlete and a fantastic passer of the ball with a keen eye for goal who’s excited to challenge himself at this level. We look forward to seeing him at Park Avenue.”
