Ynyshir Albions progressed to Round One of the Welsh Cup by defeating Cwmbach Royal Stars 2-0 at Ynyshir Oval.
Leon Anstee opened the scoring on the half-hour mark before captain Scott Jones ensured the victory with a composed kick from the penalty shot.
The Buns were dominant throughout the match and were good value for their win as they nullified any attacking threat of their lower league opponents.
