Cardiff Corinthians knocked out Fairwater in the FAW amateur trophy as they win 8–0 against a nine men Fairwater side.
Daniel Noyes had the first opportunity of the game with a shot from just outside the box which went over the crossbar.
The first opportunity for the home side was a Matthew Noyes corner that clipped the top of the crossbar.
Daniel Noyes turned creator with a free-kick hit into the penalty area as Gavin Robins had his header saved by Deryn Tobutt.

Andre Phillips was booked at the last moments of the half as he fouled Christopher Hajgato as he earned himself a yellow card.
Fairwater headed into the break with a two-goal deficit as Cardiff Corinthians scored two great goals.
A throw-in was thrown on the left side as Corey Hallett headed the away side with a three-goal lead.

Conor Cusack was booked for dissent following a confrontation with the referee.

Worsley ran down to the other end as he went round Cusack to slot the ball into the top corner from a Mane pass.

The ball was not cleared though as Jonathan Nathan had a half volley shot cleared off the line.
Mane added a goal following his assist earlier as a loose ball was given to the winger following a Hajgato pass as he chipped the keeper to make it six.
Soon after the first, Mane grabbed a second as the winger scored past Tubbot into an empty net.
Following the goal going in, A confrontation between the ref and Jonathan Jeffreys meant the midfielder was sent off along with Andre Phillips.

After the two red cards given to Fairwater, another goal was soon coming as the home side was reduced to nine.
To complete the game Christopher Woresley chipped home over the top of Tubbot from a distance as the goalkeeper was left standing there, admiring the goal that happened.
Fairwater we’re outplayed by the opposition but the referee played a factor with the game following the two dismissals.
