Cardiff City 10-0 Llandudno: As it happened

Cardiff City take on Llandudno in the quarter finals of the Adran Trophy on Sunday.

With the draw pitting the Adran Premier leaders against the team placed third in the Adran North, it promises to be a real David v Goliath affair.

The Bluebirds have been the premier club so far this season in Wales. They have still yet to lose a game this season, and their current form suggests that they won’t be losing a game anytime soon. Cardiff defeated Briton Ferry to reach this stage of the competition. Goals from Phoebie Poole, Meg Bowen, and Zoe Atkins sealing a 3-1 victory.

Llandudno by far produced possibly the most shocking result in all competitions this season by defeating Swansea 2-1 away from home to reach the last eight. Goals from India Hassall and Kelsey Davies sealing a famous win. This will be the Seasiders’ second visit to Cardiff in a week. They took on Cardiff Met in the quarter final of the FAW Cup, but they were defeated 5-1. They’ll be hoping to make the Bluebirds sweat on Sunday.
