The fixtures for the Genero Adran North and South season have been released this morning.

After leagues of seven and five teams last season, the North and South will both have eight team leagues, with a host of new clubs entering the second tier.

It all kicks off on Sunday September 3rd, and there are some good matchups on the opening weekend.

In the North, last season’s runners-up Connah’s Quay Nomads will kick off their campaign against Airbus, who finished bottom of the table last time.

The two new teams in the division both have home openers.

NFA will welcome Llandudno, while Bangor face off against arch-rivals Rhyl, a game that will excite fans from both sides.

The other game sees two sides who finished mid-table clash, as Felinheli travel to take on Llanfair United.

In the South, beaten playoff finalists Briton Ferry open up their account at home to Pontardawe Town.

The three new sides in the league face three different opponents.

Coed Duon, the only stand-alone women’s club in the Adran Leagues, make the short trip down to Ystrad Mynach to take on last season’s second place side Cascade YC.

Elsewhere, Cwmbran Celtic will get their second-tier campaign underway against Caldicot Town, while Llanelli Town will welcome Swansea University.

All games will kick off at 2pm unless stated otherwise.

After the opening weekend, the Adran Trophy takes centre stage with the opening group games taking place a week later.
