The full schedule for the third round of the FAW Welsh Cup has been confirmed, with 16 ties set to take place across a busy weekend in November and one match selected for live coverage on Sgorio.
Matches will be played between Friday, November 13 and Sunday, November 15, during the next scheduled international break.
The timing provides an opportunity for supporters to watch some of Wales’ leading domestic clubs in action, with Cardiff City, Swansea City and Wrexham all set to be without league fixtures over the weekend.
Newport County are scheduled to travel to Crewe Alexandra on Saturday, November 14, meaning the Exiles are the only one of the four EFL clubs in action.

Which Welsh Cup match has been selected for TV?
Cambrian United’s meeting with Bangor City 1876 has been selected for coverage by Sgorio.
The tie will bring together two clubs with recent experience of reaching the latter stages of the competition, adding extra interest to one of the round’s standout fixtures.
Bangor, known to supporters as the Citizens, have already overcome Mold Alexandra and Denbigh Town in this season’s Welsh Cup.
Cambrian, meanwhile, secured their place in the third round with an emphatic 5-0 victory over Trethomas.
Both sides have reached the semi-finals in recent years. Cambrian made it to the last four in 2025, where they were beaten by The New Saints, while Bangor’s run ended against Flint Town United this year.
The fixture offers both teams another opportunity to make a deep run in a competition that remains one of the highlights of the Welsh domestic football calendar.

Where will the Welsh Cup finals be played?
Rodney Parade has been confirmed as the venue for both the 2027 FAW Welsh Cup Final and the Bute Energy Welsh Cup Final.
The Bute Energy Welsh Cup Final is scheduled for Sunday, April 11, with a 5pm kick-off, followed by the FAW Welsh Cup Final on Sunday, April 18, at 2.35pm.
Both finals will be broadcast live on S4C, giving supporters the opportunity to follow the culmination of the competitions on television.
The announcement means Rodney Parade will provide the setting for two major occasions in the Welsh football calendar, with the men’s and women’s cup competitions both set to conclude at the Newport venue.
