Rhyl FC have secured the signature of Christian Langos after he was released by fellow Welsh Premier outfit Bangor City.
The 23 year old forward of Congolese descent originally came through the ranks at Liverpool FC’s academy before joining Bangor in August 2015.
Langos’ pace and skill saw him become a fan favourite at Nantporth, but in the current season his appearances were limited due to injury, leading to his release from the club.
He posted a message of thanks to Bangor City fans shortly before joining Rhyl.

Speaking to the club’s official website, Rhyl manager Niall McGuinness said:
“I am delighted to have captured the signing of Langos he is someone I have rated very much since seeing him in the WPL and I think he has the potential to be a top top player.”
“As a manager during three occasions against Bangor City he has been brought on as a substitute and he gives you a worry and something to think about soon as he comes on as he makes a big impact on the game with his pace and direct play. I’m looking forward to working with Christian and I feel will be a big influence in our challenge to stay in the league & push for a European play off place.”
