Cambrian & Clydach Vale BGC, who missed out in the final of the Nathaniel MG Cup last week, host Eddie Maurice-Jones’ Rhyl, while top-flight strugglers Llandudno travel to Llangefni.
Free-scoring Haverfordwest County will look to cause an upset when they face Bala Town at the Bridge Meadow.
