Cascade Ladies have been the Welsh Women’s League title after the 2019/20 season was curtailed.
The Caerphilly based side won 11 out of their 12 league matches this season and finish ahead of Barry Town United on points-per-game.
Cascade will now wait the FAW’s direction on whether promotion and relegation will be implemented.
They attained the necessary Tier One Licence which allows them to compete in the Welsh Women’s League.
Following directive from the FAW we have concluded the 2019/20 WWL season. The final league table has been decided on PPG and can be seen below.

Cascade Ladies boss, Sam Daniels said: “I am absolutely buzzing! It’s not the way I imagined winning my first league title as a manager but my team have worked incredibly hard on and off the pitch this season and only dropping two points in our first 12 games they thoroughly deserve it.”
Joining in the celebrations, long-serving Anny Lewis added: “I’m unbelievably proud of this team, 18 years a player and finally League Champions!
“It might not be how we wanted to win it but the ladies have been unbelievable week in week out, undefeated in the league and only dropping two points – we deserve it.”
