Neil Gibson has left his role as manager of Cymru North outfit Prestatyn Town.
Gibson, who was in his second spell as Seasiders boss, has left the club after leading them to the title last season.
Despite winning the league, Prestatyn weren’t promoted to the Cymru Premier and instead Flint Town United took their place in the Welsh top flight.
Commenting on his departure, chairman Jamie Welsh said: “I would like to thank Gibbo for all his work with the first team & the academy I wish him all the best for the future.
Welsh added “It is unclear to when we can return to playing competitive football.
“It must be frustrating times for manager’s, player’s and supporters at all clubs just not ours.
“I would like to reinsure all the supporters that I will start the search as of now for the right manager to move the club forward.”
As well as Gibson’s departure, a number of players from Prestatyn’s title-winning squad have moved on from Bastion Gardens.
Kai Edwards was the latest departure after leaving for Flint Town United.
Earlier in the week, midfielder Alex Jones joined the Silkmen from Prestatyn.
Off-the-field, Leigh Williams, Martin Jones and Tony O’Reilly had all left their respective roles from the club.
