Llandudno have announced the return of Shaun Cavanagh and former captain Tom Dix.
The pair are returning to Maesdu Park as the club continues to prepare for a truncated 2020/21 Cymru North season.
Midfielder Dix was most recently at Flint Town United however his playing time was limited after suffering an injury in his first game.
The 29-year-old could be a deemed a fan favourite at Llandudno for his his previous spell at the club. He featured for the Seasiders in their European fixture against IFK Göteborg back in the 2016/17 season.
Club manager Sean Eardley said “He knows what it takes to win a league, he has experience and offers a lot of discipline in the middle of the park,”
“I’m sure the fans will welcome him back with open arms.”
Cavanagh, however, returns to Maesdu Park after four years away from the club.
The versatile forward player, who joins from Prestatyn Town after never making an appearance due to a delayed start of the season; returns to the his former side with a proven track record in the JD Cymru North.
The 22-year-old made 16 appearances for the club last time out and scored two goals during his time at the Seasiders before opting to move to Caernarfon Town.
Sean Eardley was excited to get the deal across the line, saying “He’s proven at this level and is very versatile across the front three positions. He works hard and sets high standard for himself and will no doubt be a fantastic addition to us.”
