Taylor caretaker as Dutton departs FC Nomads

FC Nomads of Connah’s Quay manager Andrew Dutton has left the Welsh National Premier Division club, it has been announced today.

The departure is not one of footballing reasons, with personal commitment forcing Dutton to end his five month spell at the club.

Dutton guided the Flintshire outfit to sixth in the league, his last game in charge a 3-1 defeat at the hands of current high-flyers Brickfield Rangers.

A former player for gap Connah’s Quay Nomads, Flint Town and Holywell Town, Dutton went onto to become manager of Lache FC where he won 14 trophies during a five year tenure before joining FC Nomads.

Former Buckley Town manager Tom Taylor will take up managerial duties in a caretaker role ahead of FC Nomads’ league fixture away to Saltney Town on Saturday 5 November.
