Revealed: 2018/2019 Welsh Football League Division One fixtures
Cambrian & Clydach Vale and Briton Ferry Llansawel will kick-off the Welsh Football League Division One season.
Dane Williams will begin life as Cambrian & Clydach manager after replacing Craig Hughes by hosting Carl Shaw’s Briton Ferry at the Cambrian Academy.
The first Derby of the season will be when Cambrian & Clydach Vale host Ton Pentre at their Cambrian Academy on the 17th August.
All three promoted sides are on the road, with Ammanford travelling to Port Talbot Town, Pontypridd Town travelling to Goytre and Division Two champions Llantwit Major, making the lengthy trip to Haverfordwest County.
Cwmbran Celtic will play at Goytre’s Plough Road, against Port Talbot Town on the 18th August as part of their ground-share, whilst renovations at Celtic Park go on.
Ammanford will have to wait until the 1st September to play their first game at Briton Ferry Llansawel’s Old Road when they host Cwmbran Celtic. Pontypridd’s first game at Leckwith Stadium won’t be until the 6th October, with pitch renovations also going on there.
The final game of the season sees Undy Athletic host Briton Ferry Llansawel at the Undy Athletic Ground.
