It’s an all Division Three semi-final after the two promotion hopefuls made it to the semi-final stage.
Trefelin won the competition after beating Llanelli Town last season.
Both sides make the trip to Taffs Well in the hope of reaching the final. Trefelin have beaten higher opposition in Cwmbran Celtic, Dinas Powys and Undy Athletic to reach this stage. They had similar feats last season in knocking out sides from a higher division.
Penydarren who are playing in the competition for the first time in more than 20 years beat West End, Chepstow Town, Pontyclun and STM Sports to reach their first semi-final.
