Gareth Kedward: Manager steps down from role at Aberbargoed Buds

Gareth Kedward has announced that he has stepped down from his role as manager of Aberbargoed Buds.

The former Trethomas Bluebirds manager leaves after a 1-1 draw with Pontardawe Town yesterday.

He joined the management staff in July 2019, where he worked alongside Andrew Hughes.

“It is with regret but I have resigned as first-team manager of Aberbargoed Buds,” announced Kedward on Twitter.

“I wish the club and players all the very best for the future.”

Aberbargoed Buds responded with a brief statement responding to Kedward by saying: “Thanks for your services and all your hard work for the club and we wish you all the best in the future.”

Kedward leaves the Buds in 12th position in the Welsh League Division One.
