Connor Davies and Lewis Clutton have joined Penybont for the 2020/21 season.
Clutton is a midfielder, who was previously on the books of Bristol Rovers.
He mainly featured for the Gas’ Development side but was on loan with Salisbury last season.
The 18-year-old plays in central midfield but can also play as a central defender.
Davies is a defender who was recently contracted to Cardiff City, but spent five months on loan at Weston-super-Mare.
Attacking right-back Davies was part of the U18s Cardiff City side which won the PDL2 South.
“I’m buzzing to have signed for Penybont. I can’t wait to get started, big season ahead,” tweeted the former Bluebirds defender on his move to the SDM Glass Stadium.
Both players join the Cymru Premier side after being released by their clubs this summer.
In a brief statement announcing their new signings, the club said: “We are delighted to announce the signings of Connor Davies and Lewis Clutton for the new season.
“Welcome to the Bont.”
Clutton and Davies take Penybont’s signing total up to eight for the summer.
They join Ashley Morris, Ben Ahmun, Ian Traylor, Lewis Baldwin, Mael Davies and Sam Snaith as the other summer recruits.
