Llangefni Town snap up Bangor 1876 starlet Dylan Summers-Jones
Llangefni Town have signed forward Dylan Summers-Jones from Bangor 1876.
The 18-year-old is a well-sought across the North Wales region but has committed to the Cymru North for the 2020/21 season.
Summers-Jones represented Llangefni at junior level before moving to Bangor City and then phoenix club Bangor 1876.
In their first season, Summers-Jones finished as their top scorer with 41 goals in all competitions.
“I am delighted to finally get Dylan’s signature over the line,” said boss Chris Roberts.
“Dyl is a player I have been after for the last couple of seasons now and is a player I rate highly. He has shown what a talent he is and is a real goal threat.
‘’He will fit in perfectly to the way we want to play. I think it’s a good move for Dylan’s to continue in his development and I will ensure we get the best out of him every week.”
Adding to Roberts comments, Summers-Jones added: “I can’t wait to get going.”
