Cymru Premier Betting Preview: Odds and Predictions
Airbus UK Broughton v The New Saints
Dragon Bet: Airbus UK 11/2 | Draw 9/2 | TNS 2/7
The New Saints are the standout favourites of the weekend, with Dragon Bet pricing the reigning champions at just 2/7 to win away at Airbus UK.
TNS have now won their last six league games, with Rhys Hughes’ late goal securing all three points against Barry last weekend. They have quickly established themselves as the team to beat again this season.
Airbus, however, will head into the game with confidence of their own after beating Briton Ferry 2-0 last time out.
The odds clearly point towards TNS, though, and it is difficult to look past the champions.
Pick: TNS
Ammanford v Caernarfon Town
Dragon Bet: Ammanford 6/1 | Draw 5/1 | Caernarfon 1/4
Caernarfon Town are another heavy favourite, available at just 1/4 to come away from Ammanford with three points.
The Cofis have made a strong start to the campaign and produced one of the results of last weekend with their 3-0 win over Flint.
Ammanford, meanwhile, suffered a 2-0 defeat at Llandudno and will be looking for a response on home soil.
The price is short, but Caernarfon’s early-season form makes them the obvious selection.
Pick: Caernarfon Town
Barry Town United v Llandudno
Dragon Bet: Barry 4/7 | Draw 3/1 | Llandudno 10/3
Barry Town United will be looking to bounce back after suffering their first league defeat of the season at TNS.
Steve Jenkins’ side had won their opening six matches before that narrow loss and will now welcome newly promoted Llandudno.
Dragon Bet makes Barry the clear favourite at 4/7, with Llandudno available at 10/3.
The Linnets have already shown they can compete in the top flight, but Barry will be keen to get back to winning ways.

Cambrian United v Holywell Town
Dragon Bet: Cambrian 4/7 | Draw 3/1 | Holywell 10/3
Two of the newly promoted sides meet as Cambrian United welcome Holywell Town.
Cambrian earned a point in a 2-2 draw with Cardiff Met last weekend, while Holywell also drew 1-1 with Trefelin, their first point of the season. Cambrian’s point at Cyncoed Campus was all the more impressive as they had to do without the influential Liam Eason, who is set to return this weekend.
Dragon Bet strongly favours Cambrian at 4/7, although Holywell at 10/3 could tempt anyone looking for a bigger-priced alternative.
With home advantage and the potential return of such an influential attacking player, Cambrian get the nod.
Pick: Cambrian United
Flint Town United v Cardiff Met
Dragon Bet: Flint 7/5 | Draw 13/5 | Cardiff Met 7/5
This is arguably the hardest game of the weekend to call.
Dragon Bet has both Flint and Cardiff Met at 7/5, with the draw only slightly bigger at 13/5.
Flint will be looking to recover from their 3-0 defeat at Caernarfon, while Cardiff Met will take confidence from their four-goal thriller with Cambrian.
With virtually nothing separating the teams in the betting, the draw could be the way to go.
Pick: Draw
Haverfordwest County v Briton Ferry Llansawel
Dragon Bet: Haverfordwest 21/20 | Draw 13/5 | Briton Ferry 7/4
Another intriguing contest sees Haverfordwest County take on Briton Ferry.
Haverfordwest earned a point away at Connah’s Quay last weekend, while Briton Ferry were beaten 2-0 by Airbus. The Bluebirds now have four points on the board, and are hopeful of continuing their momentum.
The home side are narrow favourites at 21/20, but Briton Ferry at 7/4 suggests Dragon Bet expects a closely fought encounter.
Pick: Haverfordwest County

Trefelin v Penybont
Dragon Bet: Trefelin 6/1 | Draw 5/1 | Penybont 1/4
Penybont are the second side priced at just 1/4 this weekend.
They come into the match after a 1-0 victory over Colwyn Bay, while Trefelin drew 1-1 with Holywell last time out.
The visitors have plenty of experience at this level and will be expected to take care of business against one of the newly promoted sides.
Pick: Penybont
Colwyn Bay v Connah’s Quay Nomads
Dragon Bet: Colwyn Bay 5/2 | Draw 5/2 | Connah’s Quay 17/20
Saturday’s game between Colwyn Bay and Connah’s Quay Nomads could be one of the more competitive fixtures of the weekend.
The Nomads are favourites at 17/20, but Colwyn Bay and the draw are both available at 5/2.
Connah’s Quay drew 1-1 with Haverfordwest last weekend, while Colwyn Bay were narrowly beaten 1-0 by Penybont.
The betting gives the Nomads the edge, but the 5/2 home price could make Colwyn Bay an interesting outsider.
Pick: Connah’s Quay Nomads
