Taffs Well’s Nana Baah has left his role as manager of the Welsh Football League Division One club.
The former Welsh League forward had only been in charge of the club since January, after leaving Caerau Ely. He was part of a three-man managerial team, alongside Adrian Needs and Lee Bridgeman. Bridgeman has since departed his role after they replaced Ely Rangers manager Aidy Harris.
Adrian Needs will now take sole charge of the club, having had previous experience with another Welsh League club, AFC Porth.
“It is with great regret that I am no longer manager at Taffs Well,” tweeted Nana Baah.
“I’d like to take the opportunity to thank Lee Bridgeman for bringing me to the club and also the committee for their hard work over the last couple of months for the Cardiff City game.”
“I want to thank the players who have shown great passion and professionalism over the pre-season and the games we’ve played. I wish @adrianneeds the very in charge of the club.”
Lastly, want to thank Liam Edwards who has worked tirelessly and deserves deserving of praise.”
Baah was in the dugout in the Wellmen’s 3-0 pre-season defeat to Cardiff City’s U23s side, in front of a packed out crowd. Lloyd Toghill and Jamal Roberts, who played for Taffs Well in the defeat, have already announced that they have left the club.
